    Facilitator gives a walk-through of the Pitches process and then pitches begin! Participants have one minute to pitch their ideas.

    Team Formation + Voting for Best Idea

    All those whose ideas were chosen will give a quick recap of their idea and all participants will select their teams. Participants vote for the ideas that they want to work on through the weekend

    Dinner & Team Discussion

    Teams will have dinner and discuss how to work together according to the agenda and the tasks that will be assigned to them.

    Arrive at the venue any time from when the venue opens and have a simple breakfast and coffee.

    Morning Announcement

    Review the day's agenda (Understand what teams should be focused on, and the mentoring process for the afternoon and what needs to be accomplished before pitches on Saturday night).

    Work Session 1

    Explain Business Models, Customer Validation, Business Canvas and Prototyping. Teams get their spaces set up and begin to work on their MVP. One on one meetings with mentors and teams for guidance and help.

    Participants will have break for prayer, lunch and discussion.

    Teams work to finish their MVP and start working on their presentation.

    Each team will get a chance to do tech checks and practice their presentation, Final Submission.

    Final Pitching

    Every team has five minutes to pitch their business, followed by a 4-minute Q&A by judges

  • 6:30 Pm - 7:00 Pm

    Judges Deliberate

    Time for some networking while judges decide the winners.

  • 7:00 Pm - 8:00 Pm

    Awards + Closing

    Announce winners. Explain to participants, mentors, Judges what opportunities there are to stay connected to the Techstars network.

  • 8:00 Pm - 10:00 Pm

    Dinner + Photo Session

    Dinner, Photo sessions and Networking.
